Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the conditions under which a refund of the sign-up fee may be requested under the Referral Agreement entered into with SwipewireUS. This Policy is valid for 90 days from the execution date of the Referral Agreement.
 
1. Refund Eligibility
 
A refund of the sign-up fee may be requested only under the following circumstances:
 
a. Failure to Provide Leads
If no viable leads are delivered within 90 days of executing the Referral Agreement, after the referring party has provided a written reminder to SwipewireUS.
 
b. Inaccurate or Non-Exclusive Leads
Leads containing materially false information or lacking exclusivity will first be replaced at no cost.
If no replacement lead is provided within 30 days, a refund may be requested.
 
c. Duplicate or Ineligible Leads
A lead is eligible for a refund if it:
• Has been shared with another agent, or
• Falls outside your designated territory, or
• Is already under contract with another licensed Realtor or Broker at the time of referral.
 
d.  Acceptance of Leads Outside Preferred Location
Leads accepted outside your specified service area will count toward your allocation and are not eligible for refund. 
 
2. Reporting & Timely Notification
 
• All concerns regarding lead accuracy, quality, or exclusivity must be reported within 48 hours of accepting the referral.
• Reports must be submitted in writing to:
 
Failure to report an issue within this 48-hour window will result in the lead being deemed accepted and satisfactory, making it ineligible for replacement or refund.
 
3. Refund Procedure
 
1. Submit a Request
Email [email protected] with a detailed explanation of the issue and any supporting documentation.
2. Verification
SwipewireUS will review and verify the refund request for compliance with this Policy.
3. Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 30–60 days and issued to the original payment method.
 
4. General Terms
 
• Refunds are only eligible after 90 days from the execution date of the Referral Agreement.
• Refunds are strictly limited to the circumstances outlined in this Policy.
• Voluntary withdrawal, change of mind, or failure to execute the Referral Agreement does not qualify for a refund.
